Adding a new page to your website

Under ‘Content’ in the left column move your mouse over the top level item which is your site name. You will see 3 dots appear. Click on these to open the ‘Create’ options.

This will open the ‘Create’ panel with the different page options you can add to your site.

Select ‘Content page’ to add a standard page.

Then select ‘Blank’ from the template list

This brings up a content window for your new page. Start by giving your page a name like ‘Services’, ‘About us’ etc.

Under the content tab, add the details for the page.

If your page is going to be in the site navigation you can give it a shorter name that will use less room.

You can add a short summary to help with search results.

Upload the image you want to appear in the banner at the top of the page

Add a strap-line if required which will appear over the banner image.

The ‘Sections’ panel is where you add the content to the new page - see ‘Adding content to a page tutorial here’.

Choose weather you want to show a location map at the bottom of the page.

You can enter Search and SEO details for the page under the ‘Search & SEO’ tab.

When you have entered all the details for the page click the save button.

Your new page will appear in the site structure to the left. You can now edit and change the content and details for this page and when you are happy you can publish the page to you live website by clicking the green ‘Save and publish’ button..
